Our villa was spacious and had ample room for our luggage. The beds were large and comfortable. The bathroom was huge and the small pool was perfect for relaxing. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was convenient for accessing transportation options.

The hotel facilities were excellent, with a small fridge in the room and daily cleaning service. The hotel also provided 4 bottles of water and fresh towels every day, a nice touch. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation like the BTS Ekkamai station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff, especially Paolo, were friendly and willing to assist with any requests.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. Situated in a quiet residential area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it provided a peaceful retreat right in the center of Bangkok. The staff, especially Mr. Vandell at the reception, were friendly and helpful, assisting us in planning our day trips. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, and I loved the fact that our room had a balcony and a private shower room for added privacy. this hotel provided a great experience at a reasonable price.

All aspects of our stay were satisfactory.

We were actually surprised by the room upgrade we received upon check-in. The extra space and comfort made our stay more fun. The pool was perfect for our children, providing a safe and shallow area for them to splash around. the convenience of the buggy service to and from the main road was a big help, especially with young children in tow. The helpfulness of the front desk clerk, Andrea, in coordinating our tours was really good. We appreciated her assistance and local recommendations. The location of the hotel, just 20 minutes from the city center, was ideal for exploring the area. Lastly, the affordability of the hotel made it a great choice for both families and friends traveling together.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, with one receptionist named Marc standing out for his really good service. The swimming pool, although not as large as expected, wasnice and neat. the spacious room and well-equipped bathroom were perfect for our big family.
